• Can reduce the burden on overloaded boilers and/or cooling towers, thereby eliminating or delaying the capital expenditure required to increase their capacity 
• Model TGZ Templifier units are equipped with scroll compressors.  Capacities range from 500 to 3,000 MBh with hot water temperatures up to 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). 
• MicroTech II® controls with the Open Choices^TM feature for easy integration using BACnet®, LonTalk®, or Modbus® standard open protocols
• Leaving condenser water temperature control provides flexibility to operate the TGZ Templifier unit in heating mode
