Scheduling - use default occupancy schedule or enter custom 7-day schedules and holidays

System Summary - spreadsheet style information pages detail each setpoint, mode of operation and status for all equipment

Remote Monitoring - connect to local network to view current status from any computer using a web browser

Alarm Management - receive notification when an alarm occurs via email or text message to a smart phone.

Data Logs - continuous logging of data points to analyze potential problems

Graphical Trending - for viewing operating history at a glance

McQuay Delivered VAV System Components

Control Panel - 10 inch Color Touch Screen The operator can make schedule changes, adjust setpoints and manage alarms to ensure the comfort of the occupants using the touch screen panel.		Variable Air Volume Terminal Units McQuay offers Single Duct VAV boxes in capacities from 80 to 8,000 cfm. Series or Parallel Fan configurations are available. All boxes are available with hot water or electric heat.

BACnet® VAV Actuator This new BACnet VAV actuator provides high performance direct digital control (DDC) of pressure-independent, variable air volume zone level routines.		Room Temperature Sensor McQuay room temperature sensors are for use with the McQuay BACnet VAV actuator controllers. An RJ11 port on this sensor is used to balance the terminal unit.
