For multi-story buildings or renovations, these units can lower construction and operating costs when compared to alternative systems. A broad range of cabinet sizes, features and options, together with heavier construction give you a customized system that can last longer and perform more quietly at affordable costs. Our SWP unit is a one-piece unitary product, 15 to 125 tons, for a broad selection of applications. Our SWT unit, 15 to 45 tons, is designed for retrofit and renovation projects. Its modular design features a two-piece base section and separate, top-mounted fan section that can negotiate existing hallways, elevators, and three-foot framed doorways. All refrigerant piping is contained in one section, eliminating the need to break refrigerant lines to fit the unit into the building.
